Claudette helps people from all walks of life align their outer lives with their inner ones to unleash the passion, power and prosperity they crave. Claudette is known for her intuitive ability, her capacity to get to the heart of the matter, and her passion for challenging people to move outside of their comfort zones. She attracts clients that want to create success on their own terms, overcome self-sabotage, and understand their impact as leaders. In 2000, she founded her coaching company, Metavoice.

In addition to coaching, Claudette is a contributing author to the book A Guide to Getting It: A Clear, Compelling Vision, published in 2002, and produces a monthly e-zine entitled Insights for the Savvy.

Prior to becoming a coach, Claudette spent ten years in the human services field, specifically in program development and consulting. She holds an MSW from the University of Michigan, and received her coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute.
